There is no secret about it; my favorite handbuilt item is a pinched bowl. From the ease and minimal tools requires the versatility and capacity for individuality, they are pretty hard to beat. We will make a pinched bowl perfect for dessert (yup, I mean ice cream), special condiments, Recipe Prep bowls, offering bowls, copitas, and make great bases for bud vases, sculpted creatures, serving scoops, stash jars, banks, rattles…You may choose to make bowls or evolve it into a more challenging project.

I will guide you through the process, provide all of the materials and tools necessary to complete your great work. After the class, your piece will be fully dried and fired to create a functional piece of art. You may further customize your piece with color for $15. Finished products will be available for pickup after a few weeks or arrangements for shipping can be made.

 All of the tools and supplies necessary will be provided, just make sure to arrive in clothes that can get messy.
