Service Description
This four-week pottery wheel series is designed for those who want to begin the year slowly, intentionally, and with their hands fully in the process. Working in a small group of four, students will learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing; centering, opening, pulling, and shaping while developing a steady relationship with clay. Each class builds on the last, allowing time for repetition, reflection, and growth. This is not a rushed experience. It is an invitation to practice. What’s included: Four weekly guided wheel-throwing sessions Use of studio tools and equipment during class Clay and firings for finished pieces Glazing and finishing instruction A calm, supportive learning environment Who this is for: First-time wheel throwers Those returning to clay after time away Anyone craving a slower, more grounded creative rhythm Class size: Limited to 4 participants Duration: 4 consecutive weeks Investment: $375 per person (base series) This series prioritizes depth over speed and presence over production.
